Timberline Motorsports works on all makes and models of motorcycle.

We are experienced in sportbikes, Harleys and metrics, special construction, cafe and trike conversion, supermotar conversion
and dirtbikes. We have Coates machines for mount and also computerized balancers. Many wheels we prefer to do
by hand since today's wheels are expensive and delicate. We also lace spokes and can true wheels.
We build supermotar wheels/hubs/spoke kits in house -- with pleasure.
Although we do bread and butter work all day long (suspensions, tires, engine work,
maintenance), we also do alot of special projects. Each month I will try to highlight the best of them.
This month includes a Paughco special construction
hardtail build, two trike conversions with upgrades to 1205s and big Barnett clutches, tricking out a 2000 R6 for stunting
(suspension, engine case bars, sliders), tricking out a 2008 ninja 650 with Japanese plastics, fender eliminator, full remote
lightup system (green neon) and a killer Jardine GP-1 motogp pipe. Also we are building a 1960s Honda cafe racer from
scratch for a customer. I'll put some photos up so you can follow what's up in the shop.
SHOP PHOTO OF THE WEEK

Today we were working
on a 1995 Nighthawk that the customer adamantly told me"Wouldn't start". I opened up the airbox and out fell about a pound of sunflower seeds....

Our client's little brother managed to wreck this bike before our client could even make the first
payment...ouch! We made him happy, though, with plastics rushed from Kawi Japan, a 2 lb Jardine moto
gp pipe (saving 25 lbs off of the stock pipe), a fender eliminator kit with dog collar around the license plate, some annodized
bling, and a fully remote controlled light set for the bike in neon green. Sam can flick on
his light right from his keychain now...

A client dropped off this pretty baby yesterday...We're going to revitalize it and get
it running for him...more as we progress...

We set Jaime's R6 up with full Racetech suspension (for stunting practice) along with sliders
and other body protection. Slapped on some new meats and we specially fit a Jardine MotoGP pipe even though there was
none built for this bike. We custom fit exhausts.

Special construction cafe racer
| This is how the final bike will look when we're |

|
| done-but with an orange/cream/black paint scheme |
Our client Brady is building a special construction cafe racer with us in the shop. Its built off an early 70s CB 500 frame, but will be made from handbuilt body parts, and will end up
looking much like the late 1960s Ducatis, Nortons, Triumphs and other brit cafe racers with the tiny GP fairings. With
the howling Hamaguchi straight motogp pipe, this bike will be a screaming canyon runner and a one
of a kind piece of motorcycle art.

2008 Special Construction
Paughco frame, 88 engine, S&S carb/aircleaner, Avons...etc...Its a hard tail so we are
fabricating black jagged daggers to support the rear fender. Its a bar hopper, and a mean one.

This little bike showed up here all rusted/busted. I love it. It's
got a plate, last tagged in 1968! I did some internet research and found out what it was. We got it
running, and its an amazing trail bike! The customer was really happy.
